Responsibilities:
- FullCycle Recruitment: Manage the endtoend recruitment process including sourcing screening interviewing and placing candidates in healthcare roles.
- Candidate Sourcing: Utilize various sourcing methods to identify and attract top talent in the healthcare industry.
- Relationship Building: Establish and maintain strong relationships with candidates hiring managers and other stakeholders.
- Compliance: Ensure all recruitment activities comply with relevant regulations and standards in the healthcare sector.
- Database Management: Maintain accurate and uptodate candidate information in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
- Market Research: Stay informed about trends and changes in the healthcare industry to effectively source and place candidates.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum of 4 years of experience in healthcare recruitment.
- Education: Bachelor s degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field preferred.
- Skills:
- Strong understanding of healthcare roles and requirements.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in using recruitment software and tools.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a remote setting.
