Responsibilities:

• FullCycle Recruitment: Manage the endtoend recruitment process including sourcing screening interviewing and placing candidates in healthcare roles.
• Candidate Sourcing: Utilize various sourcing methods to identify and attract top talent in the healthcare industry.
• Relationship Building: Establish and maintain strong relationships with candidates hiring managers and other stakeholders.
• Compliance: Ensure all recruitment activities comply with relevant regulations and standards in the healthcare sector.
• Database Management: Maintain accurate and uptodate candidate information in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
• Market Research: Stay informed about trends and changes in the healthcare industry to effectively source and place candidates.

Qualifications:

• Experience: Minimum of 4 years of experience in healthcare recruitment.
• Education: Bachelor s degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field preferred.
• Skills:
• Strong understanding of healthcare roles and requirements.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in using recruitment software and tools.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a remote setting.
