Working Student in Fleet Management

About the Role:

As a Working Student in Fleet Management you will assist our team in various administrative and operational tasks. This position offers an excellent opportunity to gain handson experience in fleet operations within a dynamic and supportive environment. You will collaborate with different departments gaining insights into the complexities of managing a diverse vehicle fleet.

Main Responsibilities

1. Support in managing the entire process of company cars including various types such as Company Cars Employee Cars Press Fleet Marketing Fleet and Key Account Fleet etc.
2. Assist the BYD European Demo Car Team with various tasks in Germany.
3. Coordinate with both internal departments (such as vehicle procurement and disposition) and external entities (such as vehicle registration insurance and charging card providers).
4. Collaborate with the team to plan and organize events.
5. Handle daily administrative tasks such as managing documents vehicle keys and charging cards.
6. Responsible for checking vehicles in and out of the pool.
7. Create evaluations and reports by using Excel.
8. Other adhoc tasks.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Enrolled in a bachelors or masters degree program in Business Administration Logistics or a related field.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite particularly Excel.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
• Interest in fleet management and operational efficiency.
• Fluent in English and German; Chinese a plus.
• Class B driving license.
