Tasks

Your responsibilities and impact as an HR Business Partner:

• Act as a trusted advisor to business leaders providing HR guidance and support in alignment with business goals.
• Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives that support business objectives.
• Analyze trends and metrics in partnership with the HR group to develop solutions programs and policies.
• Provide guidance and support to management and employees on employee relations issues.
• Resolve complex employee relations issues and address grievances.
• Conduct effective thorough and objective investigations.
• Support talent acquisition processes and help attract retain and develop highperforming employees.
• Assist in the development and implementation of performance management programs.
• Facilitate succession planning and workforce development initiatives.
• Identify and analyze organizational development needs.
• Design and implement programs to improve organizational effectiveness.
• Support change management initiatives and provide coaching to leaders on change strategies.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
• Develop implement and interpret HR policies and procedures.
• Provide training and education on HR policies and practices.
• Provide guidance on pay decisions promotions and job evaluations.
• Support annual compensation planning processes.
• Utilize HR metrics and analytics to inform decisionmaking and track the effectiveness of HR initiatives.
• Prepare and present reports on HR metrics such as employee turnover and retention rates.

Requirements

Skills experience and interests you need to succeed in this role:

• Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or related field required; Masters degree preferred.
• At least 57 years of HR experience with at least 3 years in a strategic HR role.
• Strong knowledge of HR best practices and labor laws.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proven ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
• Strong problemsolving and conflictresolution skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fastpaced environment.
• Fluent English is a must plus an additional European Language
