Job Description

General Accountability

  • Outcome
  • Well communicated plan to ensure that all users in all environments can maximize the use of the environments without losing efficiency data or configurations

Specific Accountabilities

Be a courageous safety leader adhere to and sponsor safety and environmental rules and procedures.

Maintain and demonstrate commitment to safety and environmental protection as a core value.


On a project assignment:
  • Manage what is happening in each environment
  • Maintain a schedule of events per environment

Manage deployment checklist to each environment for each release by release type

  • Emergency Fix
  • Regular bug fix & enhancement monthly release
  • New Feature release
  • Oracle releases (12 per year)
  • Enhance the Release Management Plan
  • Develop a Configuration Management Plan
  • Prepare Release Notes for End Users and recommendations on Training requirements
  • Track and Manage configuration packages and non configuration package changes in each environment
  • Maintain Project Catalog by environment using standard naming convention (use and owner)
  • Manage CAB (Production Change Advisory Board) approval in accordance with TDS Change control standard
  • Satisfy ITGC (IT General Controls) for Release and Configuration Management


Responsibilities
  • 5 years of Oracle Unifier configuration and package management experience is required.
  • Well organized.
  • Experience with Azure Dev Ops an asset.
  • Excellent documentation and communication skills is required with the ability to effectively collaborate with crossfunctional teams.
  • Strong critical thinking and problemsolving abilities are required.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team taking ownership of assigned tasks and delivering highquality results.
  • CCP CEP PMP or other similar designations considered an asset.


Requirements

Bachelor s degree in business administration Information Systems or a related field.
