- Develop and implement sales strategies to meet company objectives and sales targets.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities and markets for pavement and building blocks.
- Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends competitor activities and customer needs.
- Should be able to meet sales target of about 5000 square meters (250000) pavers. Or equivalent for building blocks.
- Build and maintain strong longlasting customer relationships.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client queries and resolving issues promptly.
- Conduct regular client visits to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Maintain indepth knowledge of the company s pavement and building blocks products.
- Educate clients on product features benefits and applications.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities customer interactions and sales pipeline.
- Prepare regular reports on sales performance market analysis and customer feedback.
Requirements
- Minimum Diploma degree in Civil Engineering Construction or Marketing
- 3 plus years working experience
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
- Excellent communication negotiation and presentation skills.
- Strong understanding of market dynamics and customer behavior in the construction materials industry.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
