Job Description

Job Summary

We are looking for a passionate Insurance Sales Executive to join our sales team. The sales executives responsibilities include generating leads making sales calls continuously updating our CRM database and meeting sales targets.

  • Minimum Qualification: Degree
  • Experience Length: 3 year




Requirements

Key Requirements:

Education and Work Experience

  • Bachelor s degree in Business Economics Commerce Marketing Insurance or equivalent from a recognized university
  • Professional certification in Insurance sales marketing or any other relevant field
  • 3 years experience in Insurance Sales


Skills and Competencies:

  • Excellent understanding of the entity s services and their value proposition.
  • Advanced selling skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholder relationships and priorities.
  • Strong supervisory and people management skills.
  • Good entrepreneurial orientation.
  • Advanced communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent negotiation skills.
  • Strong networking and relationship management skills
  • Effective presentation and facilitation skills.
