Market HR Director (HEALTHCARE)

Location: Henderson NC 27536

Job Summary:

Were seeking an experienced HR Director to lead our human resources team and develop strategic initiatives to drive employee engagement talent acquisition and retention. The successful candidate will have a strong background in employee relations talent management training and development and compensation management preferably in the healthcare industry.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide leadership and strategic direction for all areas of human resources
  • Lead a team of HR professionals and manage performance
  • Develop and implement effective recruitment retention and succession planning programs
  • Serve as a liaison with hospital leadership communicating HR strategic initiatives and recommendations
  • Ensure compliance with federal state and local regulations
  • Develop and maintain competitive compensation programs
  • Provide primary oversight for various HR programs and initiatives
  • Develop and facilitate training programs
  • Ensure compliance with organizational policies and procedures

Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree required; Masters degree preferred
  • Five years of progressive HR experience with a concentration on employee relations talent acquisition talent management training and development and compensation management
  • Previous experience overseeing employee relations in a multisite setting is highly desirable
  • Extensive knowledge of federal and state employment law CMS OSHA and TJC regulatory compliance
  • PHR/SPHR certification preferred
  • Strong communication problemsolving and interpersonal skills
