Responsibilities in the Role
- You will be responsible for the learning experience of upto 2000 students a month from their onboarding till their course completion.
- You will drive initiatives to increase engagement and improve your KPIs.
- You will be responsible for leading and training our team of facilitators to ensure the quality of the learning experience of our students and Educators.
- You will need to study data and analyze behavior patterns and provide suggestions on ways to improve the learning journey.
- You will need to collect feedback from the learners pass it to the Educators and ensure the quality of each live class is maintained.
