Your mission
As Working Student in the Customer Service Team at LetMeShip you are part of a dynamic team that passionately strives to provide our customers with firstclass service in the field of shipping management. Your task is to support our customers with their concerns whether its advising on shipping solutions resolving issues or handling complaints. Your mission is to make a positive contribution to the success of our company through your communication skills customer orientation and teamwork while gaining valuable experience for your personal and professional development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Processing open shipments.
- Revising failed pickup and pickup bookings.
- Handling shipping materials for customers including packaging and booking.
- Proactively monitoring new shipments and sensitive deliveries.
- Forwarding internal transit time claims to service providers.
- Researching shipment data and lists to support the HeadOf and Team Lead.
- Allocating refunds for complaints.
What you need to succeed
- Enrolment at a German university or college in a relevant field of study (e.g. Business Administration Communication Sciences or similar).
- Hybrid work: Are you residing in Hamburg or planning to relocate Perfect! We operate at the Hamburg office two days a week. Youll have the opportunity to work remotely for the remaining three days.
- Excellent proficiency in German both spoken and written as well as good English skills.
- Outstanding communication skills and enjoyment in interacting with people.
- Service orientation and the ability to remain calm and solutionoriented even in stressful situations.
