Become a Commercial Finance Business Partner

Reporting to the Head of Commercial Finance this role sits within a growing commercial team of eight. The team is expanding because theyve been dropping financial wisdom bombs left and right and the business is all ears.

As a Commercial Finance Business Partner youll develop a solid understanding of the business drivers allowing you to provide valuable insights and influence strategic decisions. Youll be building strong relationships with senior managers offering sound financial guidance insights valueadd or questioning decisions to support their commercial choices

Your Mission

• Operational Excellence: Ensuring key operational commercial and financial targets are met consider it your superhero duty.
• Budgeting and Forecasting: Youre the budget whisperer supporting and questioning budget holders. Risks and opportunities Youll spot them like a hawk!
• Continuous Improvement: When it comes to MI reporting systems and processes youre all about progress. Embrace that improvement mindset!
