They are looking for a dynamic Account Executive to be responsible for the full sales cycle.

Tasks
- Over 3 years of experience in the full sales cycle prospecting new clients and closing deals through effective collaboration with various internal and external partners
- Research and understand the needs and pain points of potential clients
- Conduct initial discovery calls to understand the clients requirements and business challenges
- Schedule and conduct product demonstrations and sales presentations to prospective clients
- Dedicated to fostering enduring relationships with both customers and suppliers
- Maintain an uptodate sales pipeline tracking all interactions and progress with potential clients
Requirements
- Native level of Norwegian Swedish Danish or Finnish
- Full professional level of English
- Strong understanding of sales techniques and methodologies with a demonstrated ability to navigate complex sales cycles and overcome objections. (from cold calling to closing deals)
- Proactive mindset and strong ownership of responsibilities
- Selfmotivated and resultsoriented with a passion for exceeding targets and driving business growth
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and credibility with diverse stakeholders
- Big plus: Experience selling SaaS solutions ideally within pharma/regulated industry
