Job Description

Our client is a German fastgrowing startup that offers a digital audit platform for their pharmaceutical and healthcare clients to achieve and maintain the highest quality standards across their supply chain. They are looking for a dynamic Account Executive to be responsible for the full sales cycle.

Tasks

  • Over 3 years of experience in the full sales cycle prospecting new clients and closing deals through effective collaboration with various internal and external partners
  • Research and understand the needs and pain points of potential clients
  • Conduct initial discovery calls to understand the clients requirements and business challenges
  • Schedule and conduct product demonstrations and sales presentations to prospective clients
  • Dedicated to fostering enduring relationships with both customers and suppliers
  • Maintain an uptodate sales pipeline tracking all interactions and progress with potential clients

Requirements

  • Native level of Norwegian Swedish Danish or Finnish
  • Full professional level of English
  • Strong understanding of sales techniques and methodologies with a demonstrated ability to navigate complex sales cycles and overcome objections. (from cold calling to closing deals)
  • Proactive mindset and strong ownership of responsibilities
  • Selfmotivated and resultsoriented with a passion for exceeding targets and driving business growth
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and credibility with diverse stakeholders
  • Big plus: Experience selling SaaS solutions ideally within pharma/regulated industry
