KEY ROLE AREAS
- To work with Head of Excellence on top strategic initiatives with respect to structuring and streamlining existing operational flows across organization.
- Engage with respective teams to understand current process map out key process improvements required; build SOPs execute and monitor closely till process is stabilized
- Extensive coordination with internal as well as external stakeholders to fast pace improvements
- Identify key data metrics to track progress around the strategic initiatives and work closely with data team on the execution.
- Identify product initiatives needed to drive improvements; jot down detailed BRDs and work closely with product team to get the products executed.
