Client Solutions Manager Travel and Tourism KSA
The Client Solutions teams mission is to establish and build scalable longterm client relationships by solving the challenges of direct clients and agencies through bestinclass campaign services. This role focuses on the Travel and Tourism vertical in KSA. Client Solution Managers possess a comprehensive understanding of TikToks ad products and are humble and open to change. You will join a team of consultants marketing experts and selfservice platform specialists who proactively drive client growth strategies including upsells renewals and campaign reactivations. Success in this position requires a focus on client service the ability to thrive in a busy work environment and the capacity to provide custom solutions for advertisers using our unique ad product suite combining technical and commercial knowledge.
Responsibilities:
Manage and grow postsale client relationships with advertisers of all sizes within the Travel and Tourism sector.
Coordinate with ad operations product and R&D teams internally to ensure smooth and successful campaign execution.
Work with internal teams to guide inventory allocation.
Monitor and analyze ad campaigns proactively taking the initiative to improve results.
Investigate and collaborate with product and engineering teams to troubleshoot client issues during campaigns.
Proficiently manage set up and optimize campaigns. Analyze campaign performance data to provide clients with datadriven business insights and use those insights to enhance our advertising offerings.
Share marketplace feedback and guide our advertising strategy.
Support and collaborate with the sales team on presale research and pitches.
Conduct regular business reviews and adopt a consultative longterm approach to build productive relationships with clients in collaboration with the sales team.
Qualifications
Qualifications:
At least 35 years of experience in account management/client services roles in digital marketing; agency experience is a significant plus.
Experience managing performance advertisers with a deep understanding of their challenges particularly within the Travel and Tourism sector.
Ability to analyze data and identify insights to assess campaign performance.
Proactive attitude with excellent project management organizational and analytical skills.
