Job Title: PeopleSoft Analyst (HCM)
Location: Albany NY (Hybrid)
We are currently seeking candidates who meet the following qualifications
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for PeopleSoft HCMrelated issues inquiries and enhancements.
- Gather business requirements from HR stakeholders and translate them into functional specifications for system configuration and customization.
- Configure and maintain PeopleSoft HCM modules including Core HR Benefits Administration Payroll Time and Labor and Talent Acquisition.
- Collaborate with IT teams to troubleshoot and resolve system issues perform system upgrades and implement new features and functionalities.
- Develop and maintain documentation training materials and user guides for PeopleSoft HCM endusers.
- Stay uptodate with PeopleSoft HCM updates patches and best practices to ensure system compliance and optimization.
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources Information Technology or related field.
- Proven experience as a PeopleSoft Analyst or similar role with a focus on PeopleSoft Human Capital Management (HCM) modules.
- Strong understanding of HR business processes and best practices particularly in Core HR Benefits Administration Payroll and Time and Labor.
- Experience with PeopleSoft HCM configuration including setup tables rules and workflows.
- Proficiency in SQL and PeopleTools for data analysis reporting and customization.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills with a keen attention to detail.
