Job Description:
As an HR Executive at Square One Media Solutions Pvt Ltd you will play a vital role in ensuring the success and satisfaction of our employees. Your primary responsibilities will encompass recruitment onboarding and employee engagement initiatives tailored to our unique industry.
Responsibilities:
Recruitment (60%):
- Collaborate with department heads to identify staffing needs and develop targeted recruitment strategies.
- Source screen and interview candidates to assess qualifications and fit for specialized roles in architectural visualization and advertising.
- Coordinate and manage the entire recruitment process from job postings to offer letters ensuring a seamless experience for both candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain accurate and uptodate recruitment records and documentation.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline to meet current and future hiring demands in our dynamic industry.
Onboarding (20%):
- Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires providing them with the necessary resources and support to integrate smoothly into our company culture.
- Coordinate orientation sessions to familiarize new employees with our unique business processes and industry standards.
- Conduct onboarding surveys to gather feedback and continuously improve our onboarding experience.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to streamline onboarding procedures and enhance the overall employee journey.
Employee Engagement (20%):
- Develop and implement employee engagement initiatives and programs tailored to the creative and fastpaced nature of our industry.
- Plan and organize teambuilding activities events and recognition programs to foster a positive work environment.
- Conduct regular feedback sessions and surveys to gauge employee satisfaction and identify areas for improvement.
- Work closely with management to address employee concerns and implement solutions to enhance engagement and retention.
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field.
- Proven experience in recruitment with a strong understanding of talent acquisition best practices.
- Familiarity with onboarding processes and employee engagement strategies preferably in a creative or advertising environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with employees at all levels.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fastpaced environment.
- Proficiency in HRIS and other relevant software applications.
