Job Description:
Are you a dynamic sales professional with a passion for helping businesses excel in the ecommerce arena Do you thrive on the challenges of selling cuttingedge technology and providing solutions that make a significant impact Brainy Bees is looking for a motivated B2B SAAS Sales Representative to join our team and drive the growth of Brainy Buzz Solution.
Responsibilities:
1. Lead Generation: Identify and research potential clients in the B2B ecommerce sector within the Delhi NCR region. Utilize various methods including cold calling email campaigns social media outreach and participation in industry events to generate leads and cultivate a robust sales pipeline.

2. Consultative Selling: Gain a deep understanding of the unique needs and pain points of prospective clients in the ecommerce industry. Conduct thorough needs assessments and present customized Brainy Buzz Solutions that address their specific challenges.

3. Product Expertise: Develop an indepth knowledge of Brainy Buzz Solutions and stay uptodate with industry trends. Effectively communicate the platforms value proposition and competitive advantages to potential clients.

4. Relationship Building: Establish and nurture strong longlasting relationships with key decisionmakers and influencers within client organizations. Position yourself as a trusted advisor and strategic partner.

5. Product Demonstrations: Conduct engaging product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the capabilities and benefits of Brainy Buzz Solutions. Address questions and objections to facilitate informed decisionmaking.

6. Negotiation and Closure: Collaborate with clients to reach mutually beneficial agreements. Skillfully negotiate contract terms pricing and servicelevel agreements to ensure successful deal closures.

7. PostSales Support: Work closely with our customer success and implementation teams to ensure a seamless transition from sales to onboarding. Maintain ongoing communication with clients to ensure their satisfaction and identify opportunities for upselling or crossselling.

8. Sales Reporting: Maintain meticulous records of sales activities including leads opportunities and closed deals using CRM software. Provide regular reports and updates to sales management.

9. Client Visits: Conduct onsite visits to client offices as needed to understand their business environment discuss requirements and strengthen relationships. Preference will be given to candidates with their twowheeler for client visits.
Qualifications:
Proven track record of success in B2B SAAS sales preferably in the ecommerce sector.
Strong comprehension of ecommerce operations and challenges.
Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
Ability to forge and nurture client relationships.
Selfmotivated with a resultsdriven mindset.
Proficiency in using CRM software and sales tools.
Bachelors degree in business marketing or a related field (preferred).
