Operations Executive

• Collect organize and analyze data from various sources to generate reports and insights using google sheets/excel.
• Develop and maintain MIS reports dashboards and presentations for internal stakeholders.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and identify trends or anomalies in data.
• Provide regular updates and analysis on business performance to management.
• Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to gather data requirements and ensure data accuracy.
• Identify areas for process improvement and recommend solutions to enhance efficiency.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in MIS reporting and data analysis.

• Hands on experience as an MIS/operations Executive or similar role.
• Proficiency in MS Excel including advanced functions such as VLOOKUP PivotTables and Macros.
• Strong analytical and problemsolving skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau Power BI or Google Data Studio is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fastpaced environment.
