Job Description

Overview

As a Sales Executive you will play a crucial role in driving the companys sales initiatives and revenue growth. You will be responsible for identifying potential clients understanding their needs and effectively presenting and selling our services to them. This role requires a combination of strategic thinking strong communication and negotiation skills and the ability to build and maintain lasting relationships with customers.

Key responsibilities

  • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and generate leads
  • Build and maintain relationships with new and existing customers
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets
  • Present and demonstrate products or services to potential clients
  • Negotiate and close sales deals
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials
  • Attend industry events and conferences to network and build relationships
  • Provide accurate sales forecasts and reports to management
  • Resolve customer complaints and ensure customer satisfaction
  • Stay uptodate with industry trends and market changes
  • Meet and exceed sales quotas
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure customer needs are met
  • Participate in sales training and meetings
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of the sales process

Required qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration Marketing or related field
  • Proven work experience as a Sales Executive or relevant role
  • Demonstrated success in sales and meeting sales targets
  • Strong understanding of sales principles and customer service practices
  • Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to deliver engaging presentations
  • Familiarity with sales performance metrics
  • Selfmotivated and resultsdriven
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Problemsolving and decisionmaking abilities
  • Attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Willingness to travel and work in a fastpaced environment
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities
  • Experience in the relevant industry is a plus
