Overview
As a Team Lead in Talent Acquisition you will play a crucial role in leading a team of recruiters to identify attract and hire top talent for our organization. Your leadership in this position will be instrumental in shaping the companys future by building a highperforming team. You will be responsible for strategizing and executing talent acquisition plans to meet our staffing needs and contribute to the overall success of the organization.
Key responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a team of recruiters to ensure the successful execution of recruitment processes and strategies.
- Develop and implement effective talent acquisition strategies to attract and hire highquality candidates.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and create job descriptions and interview processes.
- Oversee the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing and interviewing to offering and onboarding.
- Utilize various sourcing techniques to identify potential candidates including job boards social media and professional networks.
- Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates qualifications and fit for the organization.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with external partners such as recruitment agencies and universities.
- Act as a subject matter expert in talent assessment ensuring the selection of candidates with the right skills and cultural fit.
- Provide regular reports and analytics on recruitment metrics to track the teams performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition to continuously enhance recruitment strategies.
- Participate in employer branding activities to promote the company as an employer of choice.
- Lead by example fostering a positive and inclusive work environment while promoting a culture of continuous learning and development within the team.
Required qualifications
- Proven experience in talent acquisition or recruitment with at least 3 years in a leadership or supervisory role.
- Demonstrated expertise in fullcycle recruitment processes including sourcing assessing and hiring candidates across various levels and functional areas.
- Strong knowledge of talent assessment methodologies and tools for evaluating candidates skills competencies and cultural fit.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with candidates hiring managers and team members.
- Leadership qualities with the ability to motivate coach and develop a highperforming recruitment team.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding recruitment targets and KPIs in a fastpaced and dynamic environment.
- Ability to analyze recruitment data and provide insights for process improvement and decisionmaking.
- High level of integrity confidentiality and professionalism in handling sensitive recruitment information and candidate data.
