Overview:
The Human Resource Intern (Unpaid) plays a crucial role in supporting the HR department in various administrative tasks and projects. This position provides an excellent opportunity for gaining handson experience in human resources within a dynamic organizational setting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assisting with recruitment and onboarding processes
- Managing employee records and information
- Supporting the coordination of trainings and development programs
- Participating in diversity and inclusion initiatives
- Assisting with performance management processes
- Conducting research on HR best practices
- Supporting the implementation of HR policies and procedures
- Assisting with employee engagement activities
- Coordinating HR events and meetings
- Providing administrative support to the HR team
- Assisting with adhoc HR projects
- Developing HR communication materials
- Participating in HR meetings and discussions
- Contributing to the improvement of HR processes
- Collaborating with other departments on HRrelated initiatives
Required Qualifications:
- Pursuing a degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field
- Strong understanding of HR principles and practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
- Proficiency in MS Office applications
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Detailoriented and able to multitask effectively
- Willingness to learn and take initiative
- Knowledge of labor laws and regulations is a plus
- Previous experience in an HRrelated role is advantageous
Time shift: Full time(11am to 8pm)/(Part time 2pm to 8pm)
