Job Description

Overview:

The Human Resource Intern (Unpaid) plays a crucial role in supporting the HR department in various administrative tasks and projects. This position provides an excellent opportunity for gaining handson experience in human resources within a dynamic organizational setting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assisting with recruitment and onboarding processes
  • Managing employee records and information
  • Supporting the coordination of trainings and development programs
  • Participating in diversity and inclusion initiatives
  • Assisting with performance management processes
  • Conducting research on HR best practices
  • Supporting the implementation of HR policies and procedures
  • Assisting with employee engagement activities
  • Coordinating HR events and meetings
  • Providing administrative support to the HR team
  • Assisting with adhoc HR projects
  • Developing HR communication materials
  • Participating in HR meetings and discussions
  • Contributing to the improvement of HR processes
  • Collaborating with other departments on HRrelated initiatives

Required Qualifications:

  • Pursuing a degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field
  • Strong understanding of HR principles and practices
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work well in a team environment
  • Detailoriented and able to multitask effectively
  • Willingness to learn and take initiative
  • Knowledge of labor laws and regulations is a plus
  • Previous experience in an HRrelated role is advantageous

Time shift: Full time(11am to 8pm)/(Part time 2pm to 8pm)
