Job Description

Overview:

The International Recruiter Bulk BPO Hiring plays a key role in sourcing recruiting and hiring top talent to meet the staffing needs of the BPO industry on an international scale. This position is crucial for identifying and attracting qualified candidates to fill a large number of positions ensuring a seamless and efficient hiring process for BPO operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Developing and implementing recruiting strategies to attract a high volume of candidates for BPO positions
  • Conducting international sourcing of candidates through various channels including job boards social media and professional networks
  • Screening and assessing candidates to ensure their qualifications match the requirements of BPO roles
  • Coordinating and conducting interviews both in person and virtually to evaluate candidates skills and cultural fit
  • Negotiating offers and employment terms with selected candidates ensuring competitive and fair compensation packages
  • Collaborating with hiring managers and BPO operations teams to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies
  • Utilizing applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools to manage candidate pipelines and track recruitment activities
  • Participating in international recruitment events and job fairs to promote BPO opportunities and attract potential candidates
  • Ensuring compliance with international hiring laws and regulations in the recruitment process
  • Providing regular reports and updates on recruitment activities candidate pipelines and hiring statistics

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field
  • 3 years of experience in international recruitment for BPO or related industries
  • Demonstrated expertise in sourcing and recruiting a high volume of candidates for BPO roles
  • Proven ability to conduct effective screening and assessment of candidates to identify top talent
  • Strong knowledge of international hiring laws regulations and visa processes
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills for interacting with candidates and internal stakeholders
  • Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems and recruitment software
  • Ability to thrive in a fastpaced highvolume recruitment environment
  • Experience in organizing and participating in international recruitment events and activities
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills for managing multiple recruitment processes
  • Capability to work effectively in a crosscultural and diverse candidate pool
  • Proactive and resultsoriented approach to recruitment and talent acquisition
  • Professional certifications in recruiting or HR management are a plus
  • Fluency in multiple languages is advantageous for international candidate interactions
