Job Summary: The Sales (Account) Manager is responsible for driving sales growth developing strategic relationships and promoting our healthcare IT solutions to new and existing clients within the healthcare industry. This role involves understanding the unique needs of healthcare clients providing tailored IT solutions and driving business growth by identifying new opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets and grow market share in the healthcare IT sector.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within hospitals clinics and other healthcare facilities.
- Build and maintain strong longlasting customer relationships by partnering with clients to understand their needs and objectives.
- Present and demonstrate the value of healthcare IT solutions to potential clients tailoring presentations to meet specific client requirements.
- Negotiate and close sales agreements ensuring mutual satisfaction of terms and conditions.
- Negotiate contracts and service agreements with clients ensuring mutually beneficial terms.
- Collaborate with internal teams including marketing product development and customer support to ensure the delivery of highquality solutions and services.
- Stay uptodate with industry trends competitive landscape and emerging technologies in healthcare IT.
- Prepare and present sales forecasts reports and updates to senior management.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Business Healthcare Administration Information Technology or a related field with a minimum of 10 years of experience.
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager Account Manager or similar role in the healthcare IT sector.
- Strong understanding of healthcare IT products and services including electronic health records (EHR) telemedicine healthcare analytics and other related technologies.
- Demonstrated ability to drive the sales process from planning to closing.
- Excellent communication negotiation and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients and stakeholders.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders at all levels of an organization.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple accounts and projects simultaneously.
- Strong analytical and problemsolving abilities.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
