Overview:

The Digital Marketing role in Travel & Hospitality is crucial in driving online visibility engagement and conversion for our brand. The position plays a pivotal role in shaping the digital presence of our company in the highly competitive travel and hospitality industry. The Digital Marketing professional will lead strategic initiatives to enhance our online performance reach target audiences effectively and drive revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and drive customer acquisition in the travel and hospitality sector.
  • Manage and optimize digital channels including SEO SEM and social media platforms to improve online visibility and engagement.
  • Create and manage compelling content marketing campaigns to resonate with target audiences and drive website traffic.
  • Analyze and report on key performance metrics using data analytics tools to optimize digital marketing efforts and ROI.
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure alignment of digital marketing initiatives with overall business objectives and brand strategies.

  • Lead email marketing campaigns and CRM initiatives to nurture customer relationships and enhance loyalty.
  • Manage digital advertising budgets effectively and optimize campaign performance based on data insights.
  • Develop and implement social media strategies to engage with the target audience and drive community growth.
  • Monitor and optimize website performance in terms of traffic engagement and conversion through A/B testing and user experience enhancements.
  • Identify and leverage partnerships and influencer collaborations to enhance brand visibility in the digital landscape.
  • Ensure brand consistency and optimize user experience across all digital touchpoints.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and potential threats in the digital space.
  • Stay abreast of digital marketing regulations and compliance standards to ensure all activities adhere to industry guidelines.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Marketing Communications Business or related field.
  • Proven experience in digital marketing specifically within the travel and hospitality industry.
  • Demonstrable understanding of SEO SEM social media and content marketing strategies.
  • Proficiency in utilizing data analytics tools to derive insights and optimize digital campaigns.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines in a fastpaced environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Ability to think creatively and innovatively while staying abreast of industry trends and best practices.
