Job Description
Ensure that all projects are delivered ontime within scope and within budget. Determine project objectives by involving all relevant stake holders and submitting project deliverables and ensuring that they adhere to quality standards and technical feasibility.
Coordinate cross discipline team member and third parties/vendors/Clients for the flawless execution of multiple projects.
Report and escalate to management as needed.
Predict and manage resources needed to reach the goal.
Prepare project budget as per the scope and track the cost.
Develop and manage a detailed project schedule and work plan Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors. Perform other related duties as assigned.
Develop spreadsheets diagrams and process maps to document needs. Provide project updates on a consistent basis to various stakeholders about strategy adjustments and progress.
Manage contracts with vendors and suppliers by assigning tasks and communicating expected deliverables.
Strong understanding of formal project management methodologies.

Proficiency in project management software tools like Zoho project ERP next Process Improvement
