- Take ownership of document control ensuring accurate and organized recordkeeping.
- Manage the filing of reports and documentation in a systematic and accessible manner.
- Actively participate in mentorship opportunities including traveling to job sites to gain practical experience (up to 25% of working time).
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of processes and procedures within the support function.

Qualifications
- Previous experience in the HVAC industry
- Previous experience in an Administrative or Support role is a plus
- Microsoft Office
