Our client is an outsourcing company a market leader in customer servicerelated services. They cooperate with giants such as Google Ads Western Union Tik Tok and Facebook providing exemplary assistance to customers on a daily basis.
Your responsibilities:
- Receiving incoming calls or messages from customers seeking information or needing support in solving various problems (first line of contact with the customer)
- Effective identification of needs and matching appropriate solutions for company customers
- Referring complex issues to other departments within the company for efficient resolution
Employer requirements:
- Fluent in Polish (at least C1 level)
- Communicative level of English (at least B2 level
- Strong communication skills in both speech and writing
SALARY:
1295 euros gross without accommodation
1040 euros gross with accommodation (private room in a shared apartment)
