Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate gold loan applications and determine eligibility
• Provide personalized customer service and address inquiries and concerns
• Conduct financial analysis to assess loan risks and opportunities
• Process loan applications and documentation efficiently
• Collaborate with sales team to promote gold loan products and services
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies
• Perform gold valuation and assessment
• Manage loan disbursement and repayment processes
• Maintain accurate and updated loan records and documentation
• Conduct regular portfolio reviews and risk assessments
• Develop and implement strategies to increase gold loan portfolio
• Participate in marketing and promotional activities
• Contribute to achieving sales targets and business growth
• Provide reports on loan portfolio performance and customer feedback
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Finance Business Administration or related field
• Proven experience in customer service and sales roles
• Knowledge of gold appraisal and valuation
• Understanding of loan processing and documentation
• Strong financial analysis and risk assessment skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to work effectively in a fastpaced targetdriven environment
• Familiarity with regulatory and compliance requirements in the lending industry
• Attention to detail and high level of accuracy
• Ability to collaborate with crossfunctional teams
• Proactive and resultsoriented mindset
• Proficiency in MS Office and loan management systems
• Willingness to travel for client meetings and promotional activities
• Certification in loan processing or financial services (preferred)
• Fluency in multiple languages (preferred)
