• Plan coordinate and oversee all aspects of the breakfast cereal production process including ingredient preparation mixing cooking shaping drying and packaging.
  
• Lead and supervise a team of production operators and technicians providing guidance training and support to ensure smooth operations and adherence to production schedules.
  
• Monitor production performance and key performance indicators (KPIs) identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing corrective actions as needed to optimize efficiency and reduce waste.
  
• Collaborate with the R&D team to develop new cereal products and improve existing formulations ensuring consistency in flavor texture and nutritional content.
  
• Ensure compliance with food safety regulations quality standards and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) conducting regular inspections and audits of the production facility to maintain cleanliness and hygiene.
  
• Manage inventory levels of raw materials and packaging supplies coordinating with procurement to ensure timely availability and accurate forecasting.

Requirements
