Unloading of receipted shipments
Receipt of consignments check material counts shipment papers Invoices LR/Docket Courier receipts etc and inform if any discrepancies are found.
Identification and tagging of receipted materials.
Handing over and coordinate with Quality function for receipted materials inspection requirements.
Arrange placing of the materials in respective allocated bins in racks.
Collect material against production reservations and handing over to production.
Get material receipt acknowledgement from production.
Coordinate with Purchase for resolving discrepancies and for clearing reservation shortages.
Arrange services of 3 rd party vendors like Cranes/Labor services/Vehicle arrangements
Provide Vendor bills to Finance for booking.
Maintaining 5S in stores
