Overview:
We are seeking a Lead Machine Learning Engineer with a strong background in Data Science and expertise in Azure particularly with Synapse. This role involves leading machine learning initiatives leveraging Azure Synapse to drive datadriven solutions and insights.

Responsibilities:

1. Lead machine learning projects from conception to deployment leveraging Azure Synapse for data integration and analytics.
2. Apply data science techniques to analyze large datasets and develop machine learning models that address business challenges.
3. Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to define project requirements and deliver solutions that meet business objectives.
4. Provide technical expertise in Azure Synapse optimizing data processing and analytics capabilities.
5. Mentor junior team members and contribute to the continuous improvement of machine learning practices within the organization.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science Engineering Statistics Mathematics or related field.
• Proven experience in machine learning engineering and data science.
• Strong proficiency in Azure cloud platform with specific expertise in Synapse.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python R or Java.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
