The position holder will be an individual contributor
Build and manage productive professional relationships with clients
Ensure that clients are using and derive benefit from IndiaMART
Key Responsibilities :
Interact with clients over calls & video calls to achieve weekly monthly sales and client retention targets
Prompt resolution of client complaints
Daily 1820 client video meetings and call discussions for sales & servicing
Accurate mapping of products/services in clients ecatalog
Systematic followup with the clients to ensure timebound closure to sales & service issues
Critical Skills of a Suitable Candidates :
Hunger for sales & application of sales techniques
Good Verbal and written communication
Good negotiation skills
Ability to multitask and work independently
Should have an android phone and regular internet connectivity
