Job Description

We are hiring a Clinical Specialist Physiotherapist for a Private Hospital in Dublin Ireland.
Responsibilities
Responsibilities
- Led the clinical caseload management team making appropriate referral assessments and delegations and overseeing patient care as it moves through the rehabilitation process.
- Provide patients with the best possible outpatient preoperative and postoperative rehabilitative services.
- In charge of scheduling ones own time managing time and maintaining the roster.
- Patients should be referred to suitable sports and exercise medicine consultants orthopedic consultants and other tertiary services.
- Lead the specialty pathways research projects and make sure the services are supported by data.
- Participate in the Department of Sports Medicines ongoing professional development program.
- Perform an audit on the provision of services relevant to a particular stream.
Requirements
- The equivalent of a bachelors degree in science with honors.
- MSc in Sports Science Physiotherapy or Strength and Conditioning.
- Having further training in a clinical specialty field is beneficial.
- Five years following graduation.
- It would be helpful to have prior experience providing services to and collaborating with a sports team.
- The candidate needs to be a CORU member.
