Technical Product Owner AI/MLJavaPython
EXPERIENCE : 10 Yrs
LOCATION : Pune
NOTICE PERIOD : Immediate Joiner
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical Product Owner with expertise in architecture design Artificial Intelligence (AI) Machine Learning (ML) Natural Language Processing (NLP) Java and Python. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading the technical vision strategy and execution of AI/ML initiatives within our organization driving innovation and delivering cuttingedge solutions to meet business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
1.Technical Strategy and Roadmap:
Define the technical strategy and roadmap for AI/ML initiatives aligning with business goals and objectives.
Lead the evaluation and adoption of emerging technologies and platforms to drive innovation and competitive advantage.
2.Product Ownership and Management:
Serve as the primary liaison between business stakeholders engineering teams and data scientists translating business requirements into technical solutions.
Define and prioritize product features user stories and acceptance criteria in collaboration with crossfunctional teams. Manage the product backlog sprint planning and release activities ensuring timely delivery of highquality solutions.
3.Architecture and Design:
Architect scalable and extensible AI/ML solutions considering factors such as performance security and maintainability.
Collaborate with software architects and engineers to design and implement robust distributed systems leveraging Java and Python technologies.
Drive the adoption of best practices and design patterns for software development ensuring adherence to architectural principles and standards.
4. AI/ML Development and Deployment:
Lead the design development and deployment of AI/ML models and algorithms leveraging libraries and frameworks such as TensorFlow PyTorch scikitlearn and spaCy.
Conduct experiments optimize models and evaluate performance metrics to iteratively improve AI/ML solutions.
Implement scalable and reliable data pipelines and infrastructure to support AI/ML workflows and applications.
5.Collaboration and Communication:
Foster a culture of collaboration innovation and continuous improvement across crossfunctional teams.
Communicate technical concepts and project updates effectively to stakeholders at all levels ensuring alignment and transparency.
Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentorship to empower team members and enhance technical capabilities.
Qualifications:
Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science Engineering or related field; advanced degree preferred.
Proven experience (X years) in technical product ownership architecture and design with a focus on AI/ML solutions.
Deep expertise in AI/ML technologies including supervised and unsupervised learning deep learning NLP and computer vision.
Strong proficiency in Java and Python programming languages with experience in building scalable distributed systems. Solid understanding of software architecture design patterns and best practices for software development.
Excellent problemsolving skills analytical thinking and attention to detail.
Effective communication and leadership skills with the ability to influence and inspire crossfunctional teams.
Agile/Scrum certification and experience working in Agile development environments preferred.
