Tasks

Role overview

As a User Acquisition Manager focused on Paid Social you will play a pivotal role in managing successful paid social campaigns to acquire new users for our apps.

• You plan execute and analyze paid social campaigns across performance UA platforms such as Meta TikTok Snapchat & Pinterest.
• You analyze data and optimize campaign performance towards Return on Ad Spend (ROAS).
• You execute A/B tests in order to improve UA performance.
• You track and report on key metrics on a regular basis providing actionable insights and recommendations for campaign optimization.
• You foster new and current relationships with our networks and partners.
• You collaborate crossfunctionally to develop and implement innovative solutions to scale our user base.
• Stay uptodate with industry trends platform updates and best practices in paid social advertising.

Requirements

• You have a university degree in marketing analytics business or a similar qualification.
• You have 23 years of relevant experiences in Marketing with a focus on Paid Social Advertising.
• You are experienced with paid marketing campaigns.
• You are proficient in Meta Ads and have a strong understanding of TikTok.
• Strong analytical and conceptual skills with the ability to interpret data and make datadriven decisions.
• You are dedicated flexible and excellent in communication.
• Fluent English is mandatory knowledge of German is welcome.
• High affinity for mobile apps and enthusiasm for games is a plus.

Please note: this is not a remote only position we offer you a flexible hybrid model here in Hamburg Germany working from home on Mondays & Fridays coming to the office on Tuesday Wednesday & Thursday! :)
