Landa Digital Printing seeks a Field Trainer to provide training for our customers in Europe. In this role you will ensure customers understand how to operate the presses effectively resulting in a positive experience.
Responsibilities:
- Transfer of technical knowledge to press operators to resolve onsite technical issues
- Escalate complex issues to Landa s teams to ensure optimal and effective treatment of customer issues.
- Harness technical knowledge of the presses technical aspects to maximize production and productivity.

- Can do approach using established technical policies and procedures to handle customer issues effectively
- Clear and practical English communication skills other languages a significant advantage
Requirements :
- Experience in product training support in the graphic arts/print/capital equipment industry
- Ability to communicate effectively with customers and resolve issues; demonstrated ability to provide customer training support in person
- Endtoend highlyskilled technical capabilities and strong troubleshooting skills
- Willingness to travel to customers sites in Europe
- Valid driving license
