About BYD France

BYD France is the French National Sales Company of BYD BV Europe and BYD Company Ltd a Chinabased company and a leading global supplier of green energy technologies. BYD France offers a range of electric vehicles including allelectric cars buses & forklifts. BYD is expanding its operations in France to support a growing portfolio of New Electric Vehicle Passenger car and LCVs projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Support:
    • Assist the sales team with daily tasks such as preparing sales reports tracking sales performance and updating sales databases.
    • Support the creation and maintenance of sales presentations proposals and other documentation.
    • Coordinate and follow up on sales inquiries providing necessary information and support to potential clients.
  • Administrative Duties:
    • Perform data entry and ensure accurate recordkeeping of salesrelated information.
    • Manage and organize sales documents contracts and correspondence.
    • Assist in scheduling meetings coordinating calendars and preparing meeting agendas.
  • Customer Relationship Management:
    • Help maintain and update customer relationship management (CRM) systems.
    • Support the sales team in managing customer accounts addressing client queries and resolving issues.
  • Market Research:
    • Conduct research on market trends competitor activities and potential leads.
    • Assist in compiling and analyzing data to support strategic sales initiatives.
  • Communication:
    • Collaborate with various departments to ensure seamless communication and workflow.
    • Prepare and disseminate internal communications updates and reports.

Your Profile

  • Graduate student (at least BAC4) in marketing business management or related field.
  • Excellent oral / written communication skill in both French and English is mandatory. Chinese or other European languages will be a plus.
  • Strong data collection and analytical skills Backoffice capabilities a spirit of analysis and synthesis with the ability to extract and present critical insights.
  • Effective communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively across all technical teams and disciplines.
  • Passion for NEVs and sustainability.
  • Ability to prioritize multitask and work in a fastpaced environment.
  • Valid driving license B or equivalent driving license for passenger cars.
