Dutch Customer Service Representative

Tasks

• Handling customer calls in Dutch and providing them with information and assistance about our services and vacational parks.
• Handle complaints and claims efficiently and respectfully.
• Resolve customer issues in an empathetic and honest manner.
• Work as a team player with other customer service representatives to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Keep an open mind to learn new skills and constantly improve your customer service skills.

Requirements

• Previous experience in customer service.
• Fluency in Dutch and English.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work in a team.
• Flexibility to adapt to different situations.
