7 days/month stretches
Call Coverage:
OP: New and established OB new Gyn issues & surgical consultations; Surgical blocks are twice per week for nonemergent surgeries.
Call includes all OB & emergency gyne & OB cases.
Patient Volume:
OP: 1625
IP: 36
Patient Demographics: Adult Adolescent
Annual Deliveries: 50 (for each facility)
Admissions Required: Yes
Required Procedures: All ob/gyn procedures including Csection & Hysterectomies.
Specialty Backup: Skilled gen surgeons & urologist
Garden City: has critical care & cardiologists.
Support Staff:
Lab Tech LPN/LVN MA Xray Tech RN
CRNAs & Midwives
NICU staffed w/ NeonatalNP w/ teleneonatologist backup.
No. of Beds: 10
EMR: Epic
NICU Level: II (Garden only); No NICU at Dodge
Travel lodging and malpractice insurance covered

Requirements:
KS License or willing to obtain IMLC (copy of IMLC)
BC/BE (OB/GYN/FM OB; If BE must be 3 yrs post residency)
BLS
Procedure Logs within the past 24 mos for OBGYN (At least 5 Hysterectomies 5 CSections 50 Deliveries)
