Job Description
1) Project Management
Plan and Develop the Project Idea. Every project starts as an idea.
Monitor Project Progress and Set Deadlines.
Ensure Stakeholder Satisfaction.
Evaluate Project Performance
2) Recruiting and Onboarding
Onboarding of new clients
Advertising of job vacancies on Zoho Platform
Screening of candidates
Interviewing candidates
Developing recruitment strategies for easy implementation
3) Relationship Management
Managing of relationships with clients
Ensuring Clients satisfaction
Understand Client s needs preferences and expectations to provide personalized service and support
Identify opportunities to cross sell or upsell products to new and existing Clients
Respond to inquiries complaints and requests in a timely and professional manner
Requirements
- 13 Years Working Experience in Personal Assistant
- BSc or HND in Business Administration or any related field
- Customer Service Experience
- Human Resource Experience
- Proficient in Project Management
- Must have Branding Skills
- A male within the age bracket of 2232 years of age with driving experience and a valid drivers license is preferable
