User Experience Design Specialist Remote

We are currently on the lookout for a User Experience (UX) Design Specialist who can leverage their extensive experience in digital product design to create intuitive and impactful user experiences. If you have a knack for understanding user needs and translating them into compelling designs and service design experience is a plus we would love to hear from you.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Collaborate with product management and engineering to define and implement innovative solutions for the product direction visuals and experience.

2. Execute all visual design stages from concept to final handoff to engineering.

3. Conceptualize original ideas that bring simplicity and userfriendliness to complex design roadblocks.

4. Create wireframes storyboards user flows process flows and site maps to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas.

5. Present and defend designs and key milestone deliverables to peers and executive level stakeholders.

6. Conduct user research and evaluate user feedback to optimize the user experience.

7. Establish and promote design guidelines best practices and standards.

8. Work on service design projects ensuring the service meets user needs and business goals.

Requirements

1. Bachelors or Masters degree in Interaction Design Graphic Design or a related field.

2. Proven UX design experience with a strong portfolio demonstrating past work and relevant usercentered design solutions.

3. Extensive experience in using UX design best practices to design solutions and a deep understanding of mobilefirst and responsive design.

4. Proficiency in visual design and wireframing tools such as Sketch Figma Adobe XD or similar.

5. Experience with user research techniques such as usability testing A/B testing surveys and analytics.

6. Ability to iterate designs and solutions efficiently and intelligently.

7. Excellent communication skills with the ability to clearly and effectively communicate design processes ideas and solutions to teams and stakeholders.

8. A solid grasp of usercentered design and testing methodologies.

9. Experience in service design is a plus.
