Requirements

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic affiliate marketing initiatives to drive player acquisition retention and revenue growth.
  
• Identify recruit and onboard new affiliate partners to expand our network and reach new audiences.
  
• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with affiliate partners providing them with ongoing support resources and incentives to maximize their performance.
  
• Analyze affiliate performance metrics track KPIs and optimize campaigns to ensure maximum ROI and profitability.
  
• Stay updated on industry trends competitor activities and regulatory changes to identify new opportunities and mitigate risks.
  
• Collaborate with crossfunctional teams including marketing product and compliance to ensure alignment and seamless execution of affiliate marketing strategies.
  
• Prepare regular reports and presentations to communicate affiliate performance insights and recommendations to senior management.
  

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Marketing Business Administration or related field.
  
• Proven experience in affiliate marketing preferably in the gambling or online gaming industry.
  
• Strong understanding of affiliate marketing principles strategies and best practices.
  
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships.
  
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data draw insights and make datadriven decisions.
  
• Resultsoriented with a track record of achieving and exceeding performance targets.
  
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance standards in the gambling industry (preferred).
  
• Familiarity with affiliate tracking platforms and tools (e.g. HasOffers Impact AffiliateWP).
