Title: Sr Cloud Solution Architect

Location : Plano TX Hybrid 3 days a week

Duration : 12 Months

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Cloud Architect to join our dynamic team. The Cloud Architect will play a crucial role in designing implementing and managing cloudbased solutions to meet our organizations business objectives. This role requires deep expertise in cloud technologies excellent problemsolving skills and the ability to architect scalable and secure cloud architectures.

Responsibilities:

• Architect and design cloudbased solutions that meet business and technical requirements ensuring scalability reliability and performance.
• Evaluate existing onpremises systems and infrastructure to identify opportunities for migration to the cloud.
• Develop cloud migration strategies and roadmaps including detailed migration plans and timelines.
• Design and implement cloudnative applications leveraging best practices and architectural patterns.
• Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to define cloud adoption strategies governance policies and security controls.
• Lead technical discussions and provide guidance on cloud architecture and design principles to development teams.
• Implement and configure cloud infrastructure services including computing storage networking and security components.
• Automate deployment configuration and management tasks using infrastructureascode (IaC) tools and practices.
• Monitor and optimize cloud resources to ensure costeffectiveness performance and reliability.
• Implement cloud security best practices and compliance standards ensuring data protection and regulatory compliance.
• Stay current with emerging cloud technologies and trends evaluating their potential impact on our organizations cloud strategy.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior members of the team.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in computer science Information Technology or related field (Masters degree preferred).
• Extensive experience (10 years) designing implementing and managing cloudbased solutions on platforms such as AWS Azure or Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
• Strong understanding of cloud architecture principles including microservices containerization serverless computing and distributed systems.
• Handson experience with cloudnative development frameworks and tools such as Kubernetes Docker Terraform and Ansible.
• Proficiency in programming/scripting languages such as Python Java or PowerShell.
• Indepth knowledge of cloud security best practices encryption methods identity and access management (IAM).
• Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues and propose effective solutions.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with crossfunctional teams and stakeholders.
