As our Auditor in our Personal Injury Litigation department you will have the opportunity to review our case progress to ensure that we are maximizing victories on behalf of our clients.
Daily Tasks:
Review cases in our internal database.
Audit cases to ensure proper progression of our cases through litigation.
Research using court websites and search through court files.
Identify and escalate potential issues with case progress.
Track and monitor issues using a spreadsheet.
Your Skills:
3 years of experience in litigation.
Experience working in Personal Injury law is highly preferred.
Knowledge of filing procedures including efiling.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Excel and PowerPoint.
Type at least 40 WPM.
