About the Role:

Our Client is seeking expressions of interest from experienced and reliable Trade Assistants (TAs) for ongoing FIFO shutdown work and local TA work in Perth WA. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a reputable company and work on a variety of projects ensuring the smooth operation and maintenance of equipment and facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist tradespeople with maintenance and repair tasks.
• Operate tools and machinery safely and efficiently.
• Perform general site cleanup and material handling.
• Follow safety protocols and contribute to a safe working environment.
• Support various trades with shutdown activities.

Essential Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Trade Assistant in a similar environment.
• Strong commitment to safety and following safety protocols.
• Ability to work in a team and follow instructions from supervisors.
• Willingness to work on a FIFO roster and undertake local assignments as required.
• Physical fitness and the ability to perform manual labour.

Desirable Qualifications:

• Relevant trade or technical certifications.
• Current white card and other relevant safety certifications.
• Experience in mining construction or industrial shutdowns.
