Your Key responsibilities...
- Employee lifecycle management: You will manage the complete employee lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding ensuring a smooth transition for all employees.
- Process enhancement: You will collaborate with payroll legal and other stakeholders to streamline processes and reduce lead time.
- Compliance and documentation: You will oversee the collection of personal documents for visa applications and onboarding ensuring compliance with GDPR and SOC 2 standards.
- Benefits administration: You will manage employee enrollment in benefits such as pension and health insurance.
- Stakeholder collaboration: You will partner with legal payroll and client teams to address employee needs and ensure compliance with employment contracts and payslips.
- Customer satisfaction ownership: You will take ownership of the Customer Satisfaction (CSAT) score related to employee experience and onboarding Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
- Program design and implementation: You will design and implement comprehensive employee experience programs across the entire employee lifecycle.
- Relationship management: You will develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across client organizations.
- Data analysis and improvement: You will analyze employee engagement data and identify areas for improvement.
- Project management: You will lead project management initiatives related to employee experience.
- Communication: You will develop and deliver engaging communication materials to keep employees informed.
To be considered for this role...
Education and amp; Experience:
- 5 years of experience in employee experience human resources or a related field.
- Proven customercentric approach with significant experience in building and nurturing relationships with employees.
- Experience working in a remote setup.
- Fluent in Arabic and English.
