LOCATION: Lagos
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy of the organization.
- Develop and monitor overall HR strategies systems tactics and procedures across the organization.
- Formulate and execute annual HR operational plans and ensure that it is defined and approved in order to set targets and conditions for the various planned and budgeted activities.
- Manage and ensure adherence to approved annual HR budget in alignment with the organization s financial goals and objectives
- Ensure organizationwide workforce planning at the beginning of every calendar or financial year in accordance with the organization s strategy for the year.
- Ensure the utilisation of job description to aid effective recruitment and selection processes and continually finetune recruitment and selection processes to fit best practice.
- Oversee and manage organizationwide performance management system that drives high performance
- Oversee and manage performance incentive processes/scheme.
- Supply input for the preparation of payroll
- Plan organize and coordinate all employees training activities for the organization
- Ensure the interests of employees and the organization are considered and balanced in line with policy and applicable regulatory requirements
- Ensure effective maintenance of all employee records in line with HR corporate and regulatory requirements as well as to provide management with relevant control and steering information
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor s degree in Human Resources Psychology Business administration Social Science or related field.
- Minimum of 10 12 years work experience in Generalist Human Resource Management
- Talent Management or related experience with at least 5 7 years executive HR experience
- Professional Membership: CIPM SHRM CIPD NIM Psychometrics
- Excellent knowledge of labour laws employment legislation HR systems processes and procedure
- Experience in strategic HR planning implementation and change management
- Indepth knowledge of HR verticals
- Handson experience with HR software (HRIA ATS)
- Proven negotiation consultation and facilitation skill
- Experienced user of Microsoft Office Suite
