• Minimum 7 years in a BPO and associated with the WFM / Data analytics team
• Strong Presentation & Analytical Skills
• Strong MS Excel & MS Powerpoint skills
• Ability to prioritize
• Strong organizational skills
• Ability to communicate independently with internal and external stakeholders
• Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and handle multiple priorities effectively

Good to have skills / knowledge:

• Ability to identify trends highlight variation in data
• Understanding of Project Management techniques
• Basic awareness of Lean or Six Sigma tools
