Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced QC Supervisor Piping Oil & Gas Construction for Saudi Arabia. As a QC Supervisor you will be responsible for overseeing the quality control activities related to piping in oil and gas construction projects. This is a seniorlevel position requiring 7 to 10 years of experience.

Qualifications and Skills

• Degree / Diploma in engineering or a related field.
• 7 to 10 years of experience in quality control for piping in oil and gas construction.
• Strong knowledge of industry standards and codes related to piping such as ASME API and ASTM.
• Experience with inspection techniques and tools including NDT methods.
• Familiarity with welding procedures and practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and problemsolving abilities.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage the quality control activities for piping in oil and gas construction projects.
• Develop and implement quality control procedures and guidelines to ensure compliance with project specifications and industry standards.
• Coordinate with project managers engineers and subcontractors to identify and resolve quality issues.
• Conduct inspections and audits to verify the quality of piping materials welding fabrication and installation.
• Review and approve inspection and test plans quality control documents and nonconformance reports.
• Monitor and track the progress of quality control activities and provide status reports to the project team.
• Train and mentor junior QC inspectors and provide guidance on quality control practices and procedures.
• Collaborate with the procurement team to ensure the quality of purchased piping materials and equipment.
• Participate in meetings and discussions with clients vendors and regulatory agencies.
• Stay uptodate with industry trends and developments in quality control practices for oil and gas construction projects.
