Tasks

Were looking for a highly motivated and experienced B2B Lead Generation Specialist to join our dynamic team.

This role is crucial for driving our outbound lead generation strategies and expanding our customer base in the Belgian French and Spanish markets.

The ideal candidate will possess strong knowledge of creative acquisition techniques and have a proven track record in outbound acquisition for a SaaS B2B startup.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective outbound lead generation strategies.
  • Identify and acquire new clients in the Belgian French and Spanish markets.
  • Utilize creative acquisition techniques to attract potential leads.
  • Enrich and maintain the companys database with highquality leads.
  • Perform data scraping to gather relevant lead information.
  • Execute cold email campaigns to engage potential clients.
  • Leverage LinkedIn for lead generation and outreach activities.
  • Track and analyze the performance of lead generation campaigns to optimize results.

Requirements

  • Fluency in French or Dutch with proficiency in English being mandatory.
  • Previous experience in outbound lead acquisition preferably within a SaaS B2B startup.
  • Strong understanding of B2B lead generation strategies and techniques.
  • Experience with database enrichment and data scraping.
  • Proficiency in cold emailing and LinkedIn acquisition strategies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fastpaced environment.
  • Authentically curious & loving learning
