Manage digital content and analyze performance to improve marketing strategies.
Bachelors degree in Business Administration Marketing or a related field. Advanced degrees such as an MBA are preferred.
At least 5 years of experience in business development or sales with a focus on HR outsourcing and recruitment services.
Experience with social media business development and digital marketing tools.
Strong negotiation skills and the ability to successfully close deals.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Able to achieve sales targets.
Analytical skills and the ability to prepare reports and make datadriven decisions.
Proficiency with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software and marketing analytics tools.
Full Time
